This is a rental management program written to handle the author's own rental houses. It is written in compiled Rbase and C functions. The author requests comments from other users. Handles property info, tennant info, vendor info, cash recipts, and cash disbursments. Prints a variety of income reports and both month and year end summaries. Includes a popup calendar (see utilities menu). The progarm is menu driven but not Mouse Aware.
NOTE: To run this program, your CONFIG.SYS file must contain the statements FILES=20 and BUFFERS=40 (or higher), and ANSI.SYS must be present in your system.
This is a maintenance upgrade that fixes a minor problem with printing a report of the current month's recipets. If you already have version 3.1 and you decide to download this version, do not unzip it to your V3.1 working directory as it would overwrite your existing data files. Instead, unzip to another directory and copy the following files to your V3.1 working directory: RENT.EXE, RENT.MSG, & RENT.OVL.
